The blooming azalea shown on website wasn't available. If something is not available, why is it on your website. The woman who called to inform me of this was not very pleasant or knowledgeable. I probably will not order from Flowers by Pat again.

Although I did not actually see the flower delivery, the recipient seemed pleased. The service was speedy and a last minute order was handled swiftly. Customer service on the phone was a little rough though. Maybe she was just having a bad day.

I thought the second bouquet was even nicer than the first one! I enjoyed the flowers very much and they were beautiful. The delivery people are very friendly and great at finding houses like mine out in the middle of nowhere.

I ordered the arrangement for Mr. Gallina requesting "Flowers by Pat" use their imagination in creating a "Postal" theme since their range of choices didn't include that motif. I'm assuming all went well.
